  • Pendo has access to Orgvue user email addresses, the purpose of this processing is to help us to improve the quality and value of the services we deliver to our customers. Typical use-cases of this processing include:

    • Responding to Orgvue users who submit feedback. for example to let them know that their feedback is being addressed or to ask follow-up questions.

    • To allow Orgvue users to sign-up for user testing and research, to help us to improve the product.

    • To help our customers understand who is and isn’t using Orgvue and how they are using it.
